Frosty fun

We had some wonderful frosty weather a few weeks ago. For the first time since we've been living here (9 years) we could ice skate in front of our house.

The boys had a ton of fun (and so did the big boys...)!

I made this page for the january/february contest on the scrappers anonimous forum.
We were only allowed to use blues and whites and here's the result..



Supplies: pp by my minds eye and prima, embossing powder by hein designs, flowers by prima and dutch moments, chipboard by maya road and 7 gypsies, alleene's real snow (you need that on a frosty lay out), key by tim holz, letters storebrand (zeeman)

Photo cube

I altered this wooden photo cube. I actually started in the beginning of december. I started this project up again last night and this is the result..




I made covers for the hanging "albums" inside the cube.

I used embossing powder and alcohol ink on the clear butterfly. Liquid pearls can be found all over this project. The flowers are by pettaloo and prima. The bling swirl is by prima. PP by graphic45, chipboard bird and branch are by maya road.

Finally.... some scrapping time...



I took a few "action shots" of Wouter during our summer vacation. I love how manly and though he looks in those pictures!

The beautiful paper swirls are made with the cricute using the home accents, the bling swirl is prima, flowers are by pettaloo, pp's by my little yellow bycicle.. and the boy... he's all mine!!

Bah humbug!!!

I've been neglecting my blog... with good reason....

I got the worst flu ever!!!! I got sick christmas eve (hence the title) and I've been in bed ever since!! For two whole weeks! Beleive me..with three children that's saying a lot!

I haven't scrapped or thought of scrapping at all... Maybe next weekend...

Happy new year though!! (wich I will be celebrating in a week or so...)
