Memories

I finally landed back on earth yesterday evening after a 8 day migraine!!!! I was bloghopping a bit when I came across this wonderful new blog A vintage affair . Here's my take on the april challenge.. I used (read stole) an old picture of my mom when she was a little girl..

I used webster's pages design paper on this lay out... Some prima flowers and dried branch thingie.. The pearls are by melissa francis, quote mme, thickers alphabet. clock by little yellow bicycle, key by tim holz, I added some crackle accents on the title and butterfly.

Thanks for a great challenge Ruth!

Have a great weekend!

I've been bad!!!

Anne and I went to the re-opening of a dutch scrapbook store today, papers and pictures in Doorn.

There were a ton of people..and sooooo many goodies... The Prima section was amazing!!! I finally found my graphic 45 papers, prima flowers, bling and I got a can of prima flowers for free (which means that I spend way too much money!)

Take a look...

enough to play with for a while!

Have a great rest of the weekend!

Is mommy a paparazi?

My youngest ds is sooo sick of me taking his picture.. I swear he thinks I'm the paparazi!

Every now and then I manage to get in a good shot of him though... I love the naughty look in his eye....

For this lay out I used papertrunk designpapers, the Batik line, the branch is from prima, flowers are from prima (thank you Ingvilld) The border punch is a storebrand, key by tim Holz, the bird os from sizzic and embossed three times to give it an aged look, cinnamon stickles from ranger, Prima swirl stamp, UTEE gold ebosspowder, ranger brown distress powder, ranger black sparkle distress powder..

Thanks for looking....
