My first card

Here it is.... my first card!!! Quite happy with the outcome (even if I say so my self). I used scraps for this one, so my drawer is a little lighter!

New lay out...

Finally, something I can post here. I've been so bussy the last two weeks with designing new workshops along with Anne. We want to introduce some new workshops to our selection and take some of the old ones out. We'll be posting the new workshops on our scrapangels site http://www.scrapangels.mysites.nl at the beginning of september.

But the good news is that I also managed to complete a lay out that I can post. Blue, red and black always work for me. I love this "Wouter look" he was just gone, in to his own little world, like he always does.

I used a ton of stamps on this lay out. I painted the chipboard flower cirle red and then stamped some images on it with antoher color paint, I got out the old paperglaze again and glazed in the corner stamps, and chipboard flower.

Good times

I just love these dreamstreet papers! I used a ton of stickles on this lay out. And created some ghost shapes with the cuttlebug, some embossing and stazz on ink. ( and stickles of course!!)
The bling swirl is from prima.

Wonderful

It's the boys in the Efteling, this spring. I love the bright colors on this cosmo cricket paper. All of the pp are cosmo cricket, the stars are storebrand.




I went away with a girl friend as well last weekend (no kids allowed!!! whoohoo!) We've been planning this trip for 6 years now, so we enjoyed every moment! Shopping, sleeping and dining without stress! We've decided to now make it a manditory yearly trip, so we can keep our sanity!


I've also been working on a few workshops, but I can't show you anything yet...

I just love pictures with the image of a child walking away!



I used tons of ranger distressing inks, my new prima build a swirl stamp set, stickles, the butterfly was bright red when I started out I used everything from paint, to distress ink and walnut ink spray to get it to the brown color it is right now.

Babyshoes

These are the actual babyshoes that my sister and I both wore when we first started walking. My mom had them hanging in her house for ages, she put a picture of my sister and me in each shoe.

When I moved out of the house (also ages ago) she gave them to me. They've been hanging in my scraproom untill today!

I got this wooden wine-box last christmas and saw the opportunity for an altered project!

I used dreamstreets beautiful patterned paper for this. I also got a Ranger ink blending tool this week, so I played with that aswell! I stamped the front with a prima build a swirl with stazz on and then I added prima bling

too cute!

Ik heb deze lay out gemaakt het papier van Luxe designs. Ik heb er op Scrap-a-ganza een mini album mee gemaakt. We kregen toen zoveel extra materiaal mee dat ik met de restjes een lay -out kon maken..... deze dus..

Tijdens de workshop op SAG lieten ze een techniek zien om een hambly screen te bewerken met je paint dabber. Ik heb met zwarte Stazz on een stempel gemaakt en vervolgens de achterkant van het sheet groen geverfd. Ik heb rub ons van luxe designs, bazzil en k&company gebruikt. De knoopjes zijn van Rusty pickle, de letter stickers zijn ook van Rusty Pickle.

60 jaar getrouwd!

Mijn opa en oma zijn volgende week 60 jaar getrouwd. Ik heb voor hun dit album gemaakt.

Wie wist dat crea-motion inmiddels echt mooi scrappapier maakt?

Het papier is van crea-motion, het boek is van fancy pants. De lintjes komen overal en nergens vandaan. Het slotje op de voorkant is ook van crea motion. Verder heb ik veel met zwarte en goud embosspoeder gewerkt en met verschillende sizzix stanzen.

We geven het boekje woensdag, maar het zijn geen scrap of computerfreaks dus ik denk dat het wel veilig is om op het web te plaatsen.

Agenda 2009

Anne en ik hebben dinsdag avond met z'n tweeën aan onze agenda voor 2009 gewerkt.

Een beetje vroeg in het jaar, maar we hadden van zoveel mensen al vragen gehad over onze agenda van vorig jaar, dat we besloten hebben om er weer een workshopdag in Mijdrecht van te maken.

Ik ben zelf zeer tevreden over het resultaat!

Vooral die deurknop erop vind ik zo leuk!
